While speaking with Yahoo Movies! Foxx confirms that he will be appearing at this July’s San Diego Comic-Con to promote the anticipated sequel, whose presence at the convention has only been speculated up to this point. “Now I’m just waiting to get to Comic-Con and see how people respond to it. [Director] Marc Webb is a genius and Amy Pascal and everybody at Sony have just be so gracious to allow me to have this opportunity. So it’s cool.”

Director Marc Webb and stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone (among others, most likely) will probably appear at SDCC later this summer as well to promote the currently-shooting sequel, even though an official announcement has yet to be made.
