They stopped by the Union Square outpost of Max Brenner, the Willy Wonka-like chocolate café and store.

The couple, both dressed causally in jeans, arrived at the eatery around 10:30 p.m., according to a source. Garfield affectionately touched Stone’s hair and face as they shared chocolate fondue and milk hot chocolate.

They took off after about an hour, but not before “two different tables of fans came up to them,” the source said. “They were very friendly.”
